I was reading someone's blog a few months ago and she made English Muffins. "That would be fun", I thought so last Saturday I set out to make English Muffins from her tutorial. It was pretty fun but I cooked them way too fast and they were very doughy in the middle so I put them in the oven for 10 minutes and they came out pretty good. Since then, I have been searching online for more recipes and I think I've found one. I had to order muffin rings so I could make them but when I get the rings, I will get to work on that recipe. I will keep you posted on my progress!

Yummy! Those look good! They must have been a hit because I didn't see any at the house today. Hopefully I can reserve some from the next batch :)
