Giant Cupcake


Caitlin and I worked all day Saturday on this giant cupcake for her friend's birthday. It wouldn't have been so hard and taken so long except that the day was hot and the frosting kept melting and so we had to keep putting it in the refrigerator to harden up the icing in between coats! We did make a lemon curd for the layer between the top and the bottom. That lemon curd along with cream cheese frosting was a yummy combination!
