The Rock 'n Roll Cruise

We just got back from a 4-day cruise from San Diego to Vancouver with a stop in Victoria. We had rough seas the first 2 days. It was the kind of rough seas that separate those with "sea legs" from those without! We took Jennilee and Logan with us. Unfortunately, this was Logan's first cruise and he found out that he had didn't have "sea legs". Brent was a little green, too. Jennilee was still in the morning sickness stage so she didn't notice the difference. Fortunately, I had some patches that helped the guys through! I thought it was great. Whenever you climbed the stairs, you felt lighter than air when the boat was going up and then when it started to go down, your legs felt like lead going up the stairs. We walked everywhere in a zig zag pattern but I considered it one long "E" ticket ride at Disneyland. (I know they don't have "E" ticket rides anymore-I'm dating myself.) There was no water in the pools until the last day-the water would have splashed out from the movement of the ship. Jennilee and Logan were excited to finally get in the pool on our last day at sea.
