These waffles are so cute...

Traci and I went to the Crate & Barrel Outlet in Carlsbad yesterday and picked up (one for each of us) these cute little pans:


The Silver Dollar Waffle Pan by Nordic Ware
(I have seen them online for $30-$35 dollars.) We bought ours for $17-what a deal!


Only 1 Tablespoon of batter for each waffle


I should have taken photos of the next batch-they looked better!


Mallory loved cutting them herself-she ate 4 for breakfast



The possibilities are endless-breakfast waffle/egg sandwiches, chocolate waffles with strawberries, cornbread waffles, waffle ice cream sandwiches (chocolate would be yummy), etc.
I think I might dream about waffles tonight!
