Jennilee's former roommate at BYU-Kelsey Nixon-has her own show on the new Cooking Channel. We watched the first episode which aired last Saturday. She made pasta and she made it look so easy that Jennilee and I decided to try it for dinner tonight. It turned out great. She has a great show and I would really recommend it. The first show will be repeated Friday afternoon at 2 pm Pacific time so if you missed it-you can see it again. Just thought you would like to see some pics of our attempt at her Spinach Fettuccine with Yellow Squash and Parmesan-Lemon Cream. Delicious!
