Logan called me at 4 am yesterday morning and I jumped on an 8 am flight to Sacramento to be there for the birth of their baby-Cache Allen Calkins! He was born around 2:30pm and he weighed in at 9 lbs. 2 oz. and is 21 inches long. He is such a healthy baby! His head is pretty swollen-the pressure in the birth canal for a long time must have done him in__but the doctor said it should subside in a few weeks. Jennilee should be coming home today. She was such a trooper and did such a great job. I am amazed at her and Logan-they are going to be great parents. Hopefully, I'll be posting more photos but now I'm off to the grocery store to get something to put in their cupboards. They just barely got their kitchen installed so it needs to be used!

What a cutie pie! I'm glad that you made it up there in time for his birth. Make sure you take plenty of pictures and give Jellie, Logan, and Baby Cache a hug for me:)
